Showbiz needs guts and patience to sit through the second half. Though it is better than some of the hits made in Bollywood, thanks to its concept.

Continuing with their "lifting" series, Bhatts have been 'inspired' by 2004 Hollywood film, Paparrazzi this time. While the main protagonist in that film was a rising Hollywood star, they have substituted him with a singing sensation in this one.

Showbiz completes a hattrick of giving disappointing soundtracks from the banner (after Dhoka and Awarapan). Music has always been the strong point in Bhatt films. But post-Woh Lamhe they haven’t been able to recreate the past magic.

Choreographer Raju Khan makes his debut behind the camera tackling an issue which requires the sensitivity of a veteran, but what he cooks up is amateurish stuff at its best.
