Flash Back : WOH LAMHE (My REVIEW) A perfect emotional package with full of great performances... It's difficult to define the Woh Lamhe in some words. Story : It's about a film actress suffering from Schizophrenia, the mental problems and a young film director very different from others who aims big. The script is the biggest part of the film as the film story attracts you from the beginning to the end. The story based on Mahesh Bhatt and Praveen Babi, it's full of moments with will make cry to all viewers. It's a romantic story, drama, emotional. Performances : Kangana Renault show her talents and prove that she has long way to go. She makes you feel sad when you see the movie. Her character is difficult to enact and she perform extremely well and it's the biggest performance that she gave ever till date. She deserved to bag an award for Woh Lamhe but she just had an debutant award. The scenes when she suffering from Schizophrenia is extremely well... Shiny Ahuja gives a natural performance but he can act more. In some part, he gives a simple acting. Shaad Randhawa is impressive in the negative role as the role of Kangana Mom also. Masumeh, Purab Kholi are excellent in their part. Music : Pritam gives the most memorable tracks ever like Kya Mujhe Pyar Hai, Chal Chale, Tu Jho Nahi hai... The music is excellent. They encourage the performances of Shiney and Kangana. Technical : Mohit Suri is a great director as his earlier films (Zeher and Kalyug) show great positive reviews. He is a good story teller, and the tide script, it's a big film. He is excellent as the work seem on the film. Cinematography is also a great part of the film as the set is ordinary, resemblance to ordinary daily life scene, but it's beautiful. Dubai, the bungalow from the last part of the film, everything is excellent. Best scenes : Kangana in Hospital when Shiny arrives to take her with him. Kangana in film shoot when she seen Rani, Shiny attract Kangana for his film, their love story after the time alone. From the beginning to the end, the scenes are brilliants. Overall : Woh Lamhe stands out to be the best movie produced from Vishesh films. It's really disappointing that the film wasn't work in big way as it's deserves. But it's a beautiful film and it's can easily counted as the best movie of your own.

There is yet another movie from the Bhatt-camp, which not turns out to be a flop. The well-used formula from the camp; low budget but still good story and good music with relatively new cast, turns out to be a success again. The pair from Gangster, Shiney Ahuja and Kangana Ranaut, is here again and their chemistry is still working in front of the camera. This time, Shiney has far more dialogues than Gangster, so he got opportunity to explore his voice in film making. The story is known to be inspired by the producer’s real life incidents (yes, we are talking about Mahesh Bhatt and Parveen Babi), but is added with different elements to the public and to make it filmi. Shiney is a director and Kangana is the super star Sana Azim. Their paths cross each other since they both are in the show business and guess what happens then? You are correct, pyaar! But in this pyaar, there is always an enemy, which I will not tell you how is. The story is well told by the young director, Mohit Suri, which also has successful movies like Zeher and Kalyug behind him. Kangana and Shiney has delivered good performances, and especially Kangana who is outstanding when she is playing “sickâ€. After watching the movie, film ke WHO LAMHE hi yaad reh jayen ge…

Actually what i expected from Woh Lamhe,it was not that!!! I was really shocked to see whn\at it never sounded like!!I thought it was the immense deep love story of Mahesh Bhatt and legend Parveen!!yet it was a good performance oriented movie with great acting by Kangana Ranaut but still it was confusing me anyways!!Where did Rani go anyways?????Why did Sana Azeem tried to commit suicide in the beginning of the movie????She never met Aditya last 3 years then What made her commit suicide????What was SHaad for Sana???Her boyfriend, her pimp,or what????& when Sana Azeem throwed her panty on Aditya's face in the party???Why didn't the public react to it???Nowadays stars do anything & they r caught by fans and media to give answer to all those things but never did Sana was asked for that act in public so openly???????????And one of the MOST important thing which i was perplexed to see and I am sure i Would never get an answer to that!!!!Parveen Babi died at the age of more than 50 and Sana Azeem died at a very young age!!What was heard in news was that Parveen committed suicide in a room and No one till dat knows about her suicide or a mental demise or a fit!!!But Sana committed suicide in a hotel room and she was brought to hospital & it was clear that she committed suicide then why was it told in news that time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, the movie was Superb performance of Kangana and the music was fantastic and too melodious!!Its Different sequences were great and a good presentation by Vishesh Films & mOHIT sURI!!

WHEN I THINK ABOUT WO LAMHE,ONLY ONE WORD CUMS TO MY MIND "AWESOME". THIS IS A KIND OF A MOVIE I HAVE NOT EVER SEEN,IT IS A VERY SENSITIVE MOVIE.FANTASTIC & EVERGREEN SONGS PLUS A LIGHT COMEDY WILL MAKE YOUR DAY.THIS MOVIE IS 4 THOSE PEOPLE WHO R CLOSER TO LIFE & REALITIES. TALKING ABOUT ACTING ZONE,KANGANA IS THE MAIN ATTRACTION OF THE MOVIE,SHE HAS DONE A ROLE OF A PSYCHIC GIRL IN A VERY NATURAL WAY.HER EVERY ACTION,EVERY MOVE JUST MAKE OUT.SHE IS A COMPLETE ACTRESS.BUT,I THINK THERE IS A PROBLEM IN DIALOGUE DELIVERY WITH HER.SHINEY AHUJA IS THE NEXT SUPERSTAR OF OUR INDUSTRY. SONGS ARE VERY GOOD,SP."TU JO NAHIN". A VERY GOOD SCENE OF THE MOVIE IS WHEN AT THE STARTING SCENE,SANA AZIM SLASHES HER WRIST IN A BATH TUB. OVERALL,A WORTH WATCH MOVIE FOR EVERYONE TO LEARN SOMETHING FRM LIFE.

Hello Readers, This is one awesome movie, As simple as that. In this Year after RDB, Gangster, Omkara, Fanaa, LRMB this is the next worth movie. Actually the base line of it's is very true 'FOR EVERYONE WHO HAS LOVED AND LOST'. After Gangster I was bit dissappointed with the Killer by Bhatt Camp, but this is the type of movie for which Mr. Bhatt is known for. A splendid direction by Mohit Suri has led this movie to Year's finest movies. Kangna Ranaut has taken a giant leap as an actor post Gangster(very good acting in it also). Each and every expression of her is worth watching. Shiney Ahuja is unmatchable again and is running towards stardom. ALL IN ALL A VERY VERY VERY GOOD MOVIE, WORTH WATCHING. A COLLECTION MOVIE. ONE OF MY SIX BEST MOVIES THIS YEAR. THANKS EVERYBODY.

Hi friends, Reviewing a movie after a while. Last night my friends dragged me from my office to watch Vishesh films’ movie "Woh Lamhe" starring Shiney Ahuja and Kangna Ranaut(yes, the Gangster cast). The movie is supposed to be based upon a real life episode between Mahesh Bhatt and Parveen Babi, the mysterious diva. Well first of all I was not in a good mood when i went to see the film because I had a lot of work pending but watched the movie nevertheless. And should I say i appreciated Mohit Suri’s effort. Yes, thats what i call it, an honest and commendable effort. Mohit Suri is growing up with his every film. If Zeher was a remake shown in an interesting format, Kalyug was definitely sensible. In the same line, Woh Lamhe is sensible, sensitive and has lot of depth. The Plot: Sana Azim(Kangna) is a successful film star and is in love with Nikhil(Shaad Randhawa), another film star who abuses her, rapes her and humiliates her. Aditya (shiny ahuja) is a not so successful director and wants to sign Sana for his film. After a series of events that happen as Aditya hurts Sana’s ego, he also manages to sign her for his film. This results in Sana walking out on Nikhil. As you predict, Aditya’s movie is a big hit and he falls in love with Sana. But there’s a twist here. Sana is schrizophrenic and hallucinates about a girl called Rani(Masumeh). Her mental disorder touches limits and her mother and industry friends decide to trcure her with electric shocks. Aditya manages to take her away to Goa and stands by her even though she might be dangerous for him. But one fine day, Sana suddenly disappears to be found only when she is discovered with a slashed wrist, two years later. I dont know whether the plot is based on a real life story or not, but its an interesting plot and Mohit has presented it in the most convincing fashion. Mohit, I cant wait to watch your next film. Some sequences particularly stand out due to their superb execution. First when a challenged Sana throws her panty on Aditya’s face in a crowded party and when she’s raped by Nikhil subsequently. In the second half, when Sana stabs Aditya on her birthday night is a spine chilling sequence. Performances: The film without doubt belongs to Kangna. If Gangster was an impressive debut, Woh Lamhe is a knock out performance by the very talented actress. She emotes, she scares, she oozes pain in such a convincing manner, one cannot help but visualize Parvin Babi. Ten on Ten to Kangna. Shiny, though gives a competent performance, but I wont rate it at par with Hazaaron Khwahishen Aisi. The actor is definitely capable of giving a better show. Shaad Randhawa, impresses in a negative role. Masumeh is good as Sana’s hallucination. Other actors are appropriate with a special mention to Purab Kohli as Aditya’s friend and assistant. Music: Music is definitely top notch but a little low if compared to Gangster. Pritam knows his job well. Kya mujhe pyar hai(kay kay) and Chal chale(James) are songs that are really melodious and hummable. The best part about woh lamhe’s music is that no song interferes the flow of the movie but only accentuates the proceedings. Overall, Woh Lamhe is a worth watch movie. Dont expect typical bollywood masala but a sensible and sensitive story told with great conviction. Comments most awaited.

WOHLAMHE To describe it in few words i will say it is awesome..intense sad love story..perfectly crafted by Mohit suri.As we all know that its the final tribute to late actress praveen babi..from mahesh bhatt..but we don't know how much is fact how much is fiction in it. woh Lamhe scores good on every dept may it be story, direction or music everything is fitted so well in it..its looking like mohit suri is becoming a perfectionist with his every flim..specially when its come to the new comers...Kangna and shiny ahuja well both are not very old but both of them done very well. well i loved each and every song and its picturisation in the flim. Even lyrics are so beautiful...

woh lamhe is no cinematic experience or a bollywood extravacanza. with some intense performance from Shiny and Kangana this is film is mainly a drama a bit too fictious. some of the scenes like the where kangana through off her panties is over the top. on the whole carry a Hankerchief while watching the film.
