Wow!!,As expected a Super-Combo of Pritam and AM delivers classy numbers throughout the Album of Players.
The songs are just in sync with the theme of the film which is Heist.
Jis Jagah se... is a perfect song to start off the Album with the instant catchy tune which again so original but so Pritamic typical in beats.
Buddhi do Bhagwan.. is a classic Club type song is so high and loud on beats and it works wonderfully.
Dil ye bekarar... is a smooth as silk number which is sure to make too feel good.
Rest all songs and the different versions are also quite likeable.
Overall a very strong music Album in Players will catch all the music spots on all the charts.
Definitely can be added, saved and heard in your collection.

When Pritam and Abbas-Mustaan come together, the result can be nothing short of explosive. The trio delivered that mamoth hit with Race and delivered a hit song in Naqaab (Ek din) and Life Partner (Kuke Kuke), where Abbas-Mustaan played producers. This time they team up for another stylish action-thriller and one plays the album with high expectations.
The album kick starts on a super note with Jis Jagah Se featuring Pritam's favorite Neeraj Shridhar. Sa re ga ma pa contestant Mauli Dave and rock band member Siddharth Basrur join in to make this a fantastic song, loaded with attitude and style. Mauli, in particular, makes a lasting impression.
The best track on this album and also one of the best songs this year comes in the form of Dil Yeh Bekaraar Kyun Hain. Mohit Chauhan, riding high on the success of Rockstar, makes Dil Yeh Bekaraar a fantatsic addition to my list of all time favorite romantic songs. Shreya Ghoshal pitches in a few lines, but this is Mohit's track all the way. Nikhil D'souza and Priya Virani bring up the reprise version, but it is Mohit Chauhan's version that wins the race.
Buddhi do bhagwan is a fun song where Shruti pathak is joined in by Abhishek Bachchan. This track is a depature from the earlier tracks rendered by him in Bluffmaster and Dum Maaro Dum. In all, a good song.
Pritam continues to impress with Jhoom Jhoom that appears in 3 versions. Another reality show contestant, Arjit Singh gets a fantastic track to showcase his vocal prowess with this powerful song. Ritu Pathak does her version, which is the least impressive of the 3 versions of this song. It is Siddharth Basrur's version that works best for me, both in terms of music arrangement as well as vocals. Players is a splendid album that is bound to make a huge impact when the film works at the BO. Pritam proves yet again that when it comes to commercial tracks, he knows how to play in style. Indeed a fab player!
