De Dana Dan Has A Very Difficult Story To Comprehend.The Viewer Might Get Confused If The Story Is Not Executed Properly.But Priyadarshan Executes The Story With Simplicity And Ease. Nice comedy, and nice music. But "DeDanaDan!" does not work, badness in title, badness in storyline, and most of all badness in casting. It is said that the only reason the director picked Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty and Paresh Rawal was because they were the trio from hit comedy Hera Pheri. And to make De Dana Dan a super hit comedy, he used the same actors. He also had same actors like Rajpal Yadav, Sharat Saxena and many many more. Flop

an awful film! i actually fell asleep towards the end and ended up turning it off later finding out the film is like 2 hrs 50 mins long!!! how can u make a comedy that long?? it makes no sense!! the whole film makes no sense at all. way too many charachters makes it confusing for viewers and the songs just come out of nowhere with no link to the film at all! what a waste of time. the hera pheri cast is gettin worse and worse since the first film together.

De dana dan is da new comic caper of comedy king priyadarshan.This time he returns with 27 characters trapped in a hotel with loads of confusion.De dana dan has a complicated story and it is difficult to put a story like this one on the screen and entertain,but priyadarshan does it like a veteran.he manages to get the workings right and thus creates a good first half but a mind-blowing second half.Screenplay has few punches in the 1st half bbut the real proccedings take place in the second half.Dialouges are excellent. Music is very good.'Paisa' 'Rishte naate' and 'Baamulaiza' are the best songs.'De dana dan' is heart-pumping. camera works is superb. Direction by priyadarshan is again top-notch.Akshay kumar is again in top-form in De dana dan.He excels in his comic timing.Suniel shetty compliments Akshay well.Paresh rawal is another scene stealer.Katrina kaif looks superb and acts 2 well. Sameera reddy raises the oomph factor.However she doesnt get much scope.Neha dhupia is fantastic,she has got a subsantial role.Johnny lever is fantastic. Manoj joshi is first-rate. Rajpal yadaav is hilarious. Vikram gokhale is superb. Archana puran singh is awesome.Asrani impresses in the climax. Aditi looks super sexy. Sharat saxena is fine.Overall,DE DANA DAN is another comical feather-stone in priyadarshan's hat.it has a good 1st half but an entertaining and hilarious 2nd half.

Absurdity is not comedy. 'De Danadan' tries hard to make you laugh forcefully, but after a point of time it tests your patience. Priyadarshan should recall his movie 'Muskurahat', it was a real comedy, 'Hungama' was also OK, but after that he lost his way. His USP is the same, gather a number of characters in one place and create confusion among them, only the locations change in every movie. 'Angoor', 'Golmaal', 'Chupke Chupke', 'Rang Birangi' were real comedies. Bollywood has forgot to make real comedies.

the movie was rock-in reely nyc movie with some great moments but some dull scenes also........which culd have been cut but neverthelesss it entertained very much music was good.....salim sulaiman's background score also matched the mood of the movie cinematography was great and sound mixing was outstanding with good use of surrounds................overall its for those who enjoy david dhawan,anees bazmeee (i mean keep-your-minds-at-home)kind of films.........i give 3.75 out of 5
