Dhoom Again we gonna take you up on a 'Bailgaadi' ride

This caricature is the sarcastic take on the latest demand that Maharashtra State Transport Commissioner has made to the film censor board. The State transport commissioner S D Shinde has said that films like Dhoom and Dhoom 2 inspire the youths to ride their bikes rashly which is resulting to the increasing number of road accidents in Mumbai City . The transport department has observed that about 85% of road accidents take place due to the driver's fault and 70% of two-wheeler mishaps take place because of speeding.
If this rule comes into play, Aditya Chopra will surely have a tough time shooting Dhoom with Bullock carts, something which the artist of the above sketch is trying to hint.
