She loves the way marriage is treating her, doesn't she? “Absolutely, I think I am one lucky girl! I have very understanding in-laws” she admits without second thoughts. But from what has been gathered, the Khans are a conservative lot. So how did she 'fit in'? “Actually, I didn't have to fit-in per se. They are extremely accommodating people. They just accepted me the way I am, which is wonderful” she confesses.
“If I were to be reborn, I would ask for the same family and Arbaaz all over again. But I am not too sure whether God would be so gracious two times over” she says heaping compliments on the Khans. Then why does she want to keep sister from marriage? “Huh?” Word has it that she has advised Amrita to stay away from marriage. “Why would I ever say that when I personally have a great marriage?
All I told Ammu was that marriage is a responsibility. And it ties you down somewhere. Once you are married, your decisions affect a lot many people. You got to be careful. Not everybody is Arbaaz who'll let you do your own thing. So I asked her to take a long, hard look at marriage before she walks down the aisle. You don't want to regret later, do you?” the legged beauty explains.
