What better than a sherwani for Fardeen’s wedding?

Fardeen is all set to wed fiancée Natassha tomorrow and the world will be wondering what the Provogue man will be wearing. Cousin Zayed Khan wore a sherwani designed by Shahab Durazi, so who will be clothing the hunk for his Big Day. It comes as no surprise that his designer will be none other than his favorite Shaahid Amir. Shaahid has designed all of Fardeen’s clothes since his entry into Bollywood way back in 1998. Fardeen has always insisted to all his producers that all his clothes be designed by Shaahid himself. From Prem Aggan to Pyar Tune Kya Kiya, from Bhoot to Fida, from No Entry to Shaadi No. 1, it was Shaahid Amir who made the style icon he is today.
So what does he have in store for the groom to be this time?
It’s definitely going to be Indian and what better than a sherwani? It will be deep, electric blue – in between ink and navy, with opulent resham and Lucknowi dhaaga work, highlighted with baadla thread and Swarovski crystal.
But when we quiz him about the theme of the wedding he refuses to divulge into any details as that is being kept under wraps.
And finally we reach the question – How much will the outfit cost to Fardeen?
Pat comes the reply that it is a present for a dear friend and he hasn’t taken any money for it.
At Zayed’s wedding all eyes were on the bride, but here it seems that Natassha has her work cut out for her.
