On the sets of Shaadi Se Pehle

Just today we visited the sets of Mukta Arts' ‘Shaadi Se Pehle’ starring Akshaye Khanna, Aftab Shivadasani, Mallika Sherawat and Ayesha Takia. A song sequence featuring Mallika Sherawat was being shot. Titled ‘Do Char Pal Main Jhoom Loo’, it was being choreographed by Ahmed Khan. A typical night club song, it had a peppy feel to it.
When we reached the location Mallika was still rehearsing for the song. Director Satish Kaushik was also present. From what we could gather, Miss Sherawat seemed to be having quite a hard time with the steps! However, finally she did manage to rock! Dressed in a silver outfit studded with crystals, she sure was looking like quite a stunner.
They had managed to transform a shed into a nightclub! A complete black and white set, even the background dancers were dressed in black! Only Mallika Sherawat was the silver lining on the set and definitely stood out!
What's a little strange about this visit is that the primary purpose of being invited on location was to cover the shoot and get some photographs! However, on reaching, we were told that no photographs were allowed! So the entire purpose was lost!
