When John was snubbed…

He was the supermodel, sex on legs, the best that the ramp could give! And while we are it, probably lndia’s last supermodel. Then Bollywood came calling and like we have seen, when it’s a choice between being a model and moviestar, Bollywood always wins. Same was the case with John Abraham who smooched the silver screen with Jism.
Recently, the hunk was asked if given a choice between his raj on ramp or his struggling days in Bollywood, what is it that he would prefer and John surprised all and sundry. “Bollywood” he replied. “Yes, I agree that I have seen rough days in Bollywood but the people have been more than kind to me here. Be it the actors, the crew or the production guys, each one of them have gone out of their way to make sure that I feel a part of them. On the other hand, you won’t believe this but I have been snubbed in the modeling world” he dimples.
“This was when I had just started out and was learning the ropes. It was among my early shows and all I knew was that I need to get onto the stage and walk. I didn’t know what I would do once I got to the end of the podium? So I asked this guy standing next to me in the green room, ‘Where should I turn once I reach the end of the stage?’ He turns around and says, ‘What do you want me to do? Put a traffic signal there to indicate where to move and when?’ I figured it out myself but my point is that the modeling world needn’t be painted a saint nor is there any need to label Bollywood ‘The big bad world’ because my experience tells me an entirely different story!” the star points out.
