A knock on a deserted door on a heavily raining night and a scream follows! That's how the trailer of Rain pours in.. Starring the skin queen Meghna Naidu along with her Jackpot co-star Himanshu Malik, the movie talks about phobia. Phobia of a strange kind! The fear of rain!
As the trailer opens, Meghna Naidu bounces in a flowing white outfit (trying to do a Bipasha Basu of Jism) adding some oomph in her voiceover. Says the lady how once rains once used to ignite passions inside her and how things have changed. She has developed a fear for rain. Meghna plays a blind girl in the film who with her strong determination fights against all odds. She lives a secluded life in her bungalow and works as a writer. Himanshu Malik plays a journalist who comes to interview this writer and over the course of the interview learns that she has a strange phobia for rain. Rain makes her go utterly insane and wild. So Himanshu tries to solve the mystery behind her bizarre phobia.

With Meghna's presence, scads of smooches are assured in the trailer. Almost half the trailer time is packed with lip-locks that flash in every alternate frame. Cleavage pop-ups and skin-show fill the other half. And with rain as the theme, the movie has ample excuse for drenched numbers and soaked sensuality.
Rain is directed by Amol Shetge who earlier came up with forgettable films like Gunaah (2002) and Naam Gum Jayega (2004). The trailer ends with Himanshu laughing hysterically on Johny's poetry 'Rain Rain go away, come again another day'.
