Bipasha Basu and Rimii have stepped in instead
Priyadarshan is no more directing the film.
Instead Neeraj Vohra who earlier scripted a couple of movies is directing this laughter pill.
Meanwhile, producer Firoz Nadiadwala is a common thread in both projects.
With many a sequels having drawn a dull audience interest, what makes Firoz to spin a sequel? The flamboyant producer tells us “I saw the team spirit between Akshay, Suniel, Paresh and Neeraj. It was crackling. I wanted a story to keep that crackling chemistry going, that’s how I hit upon making a sequel”
Wah! Kya scene hain
The scene being canned is one where Bipasha Basu plays an insurance agent and coaxes Baburao, Shyam and Raju to invest in her company. Besides being a pretty face, her name is Anuradha, which reminds Shyam (Suniel) of his earlier girlfriend. Shyam is initially reluctant to part away with the cash but finally relents and convinces Raju and Baburao to do the same. And Bipasha is seen walking away with 2 large money suitcases.
The cast then breaks for lunch.

Phir Hera Pheri starts where Hera Pheri ended. The later started on a note when the threesome were paupers and then they eventually made a fortune. This sequel picks up from there. The film shows what happens when the three find themselves with incredible amount of money. In the film, Akshay loses his mother, Suniel Shetty breaks-up with his girlfriend Anuradha. And now hooks up with Bipasha Basu.
