| Around 2004, Ferena Wazier came to India for the Pushkar camel fair in Rajasthan, and met (photographer) Farrokh Chothia on that trip. He recommended her name to a few agencies. Within a week, she got an offer for the magazines Elle and Seventeen, along with some ads. She then got Anurag Kashyap's Allywn Kalicharan, starring Anil Kapoor.
The movie was shelved subsequently.
