| Shaurya Chauhan started off with a 2004 Malayalam film titled Vettam directed by Priyadarshan. She has also worked with Nadira Zahir Babbar and Zakir Hussain in a Prithvi play titled Raja Bahadur. She was even a part of the Kingfisher calendar shoot as well.

| Shaurya Chauhan finally landed a role in Vikram Bhatt's Mumbai Salsa.
She auditioned twice for a role in Mumbai Salsa but was rejected on both occasions. To her surprise she got third time lucky. A few days after her third attempt, she got a call from the production house and she got the role of a Salsa dance instructor in the film. |
