So here I am, finally on Bollywood Hungama.com. This is my first post and needless to say, I am really excited about using the internet as a medium to interact with all my fans. I do come online often and am also part of the Bollywood Hungama community on Facebook.
Anyways, I am really excited about the 4 kick-ass promos which I have recently shot for my first international film called Karna. It’s being co-produced by PNC and a Los-Angeles based production house. Apart from that you will get to see me in a new animated avatar in EKEH 2.0 (the animated version of Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena). For the first time in Bollywood you will see a Hindi film in its animated version with the same cast. I am really looking forward to it and in fact when I grow old, I’ll show my grandchildren my cartoon rather than Tom & Jerry.
Last year on April fool’s day I pulled off a really wild prank. I sent out SMS’es to a few of my close friends that I am getting engaged and before you know it, the news spread like wild fire. Most of the news channels started beaming the news and even my mom called me up from Kolkata in complete shock. Of course I did let everyone know that it was just an April fool’s day joke. After all the hungama which took place last year I wasn’t really in mood to do something wild this year. But being the person that I am, I did have my share of fun. Tanushree and I in fact called a few friends from ‘Private Numbers’ offering them the latest schemes in Credit cards and Mobile phones. Many of them got really wild and even said “Now you people have even started calling using Private Numbers”… Some however didn’t buy in and immediately recognized our voices. Overall it was real good fun.
That’s it for now. I do have a lot of exciting projects in the pipeline and will let you know more in my future blogs. As they say, Thoda sa Intezaar Karo…

Amongst the millions of mails and fan mails that we receive from all over, this one really stands apart! That’s why we thought of sharing it with u. It says:

So much is the affection and devotion for this Goddess of Good Looks and Gorgeousness that people have actually replaced the letters ‘H’, ‘O’ and ‘T’ with the name of Koena Mitra, the Bong Bomb who scorches the silver screen frame with her sizzling looks and acting! Since the time she made her debut in showbiz by becoming the unanimous winner of the Gladrags Mega Model Contest, there has been no stopping for this ‘Bong-Shell’.
Hold your breath as we tell you that the Goddess herself will share her space with you sharing her thoughts, views and much more, only on Bollywood Hungama. |
